We are looking to add a part-time office attendant with dog handling experience, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and customer service skills. Office attendant must be able to perform physical tasks like basic lifting and cleaning. Key duties involve the running front office, handling paperwork, assisting pet owners, maintaining a clean environment, and providing basic animal care, making attention to detail and reliability essential.
This position will be for the Afternoon/Evening Shift and every other weekend.

Key Requirements
- Education:
- A high school diploma with some college preferred.
- Experience:
- Previous experience working with animals, such as in a kennel or vet setting.
- Customer Service with good phone and computer skills
- Animal Handling:
- Comfort and knowledge of handling dogs and maintaining control are crucial, as is the ability to recall specific information about each animal.
Typical Duties
- Administrative Tasks:
- Handling phone calls, checking in/out daycare and boarders. Appointment setting and maintaining accurate animal records.
- Client Interaction:
- Greeting pet owners, providing information, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Support:
- Working as part of a team to support kennel operations, including assisting with animal handling and ensuring the animals' well-being.
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
